"Box arrived more beat up than I expected"
The box showed up banged up, more than what I’m used to with other orders I’ve gotten. The packaging felt flimsy, so the item had clearly been knocked around during shipping and ended up with a few dents.

"Well, that didn’t last long"
I was hoping these therapy toys would hold up for more than a hot minute, but apparently that was too much to ask. After just a short time, a few pieces started cracking, and one of them already felt loose. They look decent enough, so they’ve got that going for them, I guess. But durability-wise, not exactly impressive.

"I really wanted to feel good about ordering..."
I really wanted to feel good about ordering from this shop, because some of the therapy toys and supplies looked helpful. But the prices felt a lot higher than I expected for basic items. Once shipping was added, I kept second-guessing whether it was worth it, and I ended up finding similar things for less somewhere else. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I just didn’t feel reassured that I was getting a good value.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from playtherapysupply.com the shipping was a lot slower than I expected. I understand delays can happen, but there was barely any communication while I was waiting, which made it frustrating. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but whoever runs this really needs to do a better job keeping customers updated. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had plenty of time to wait

"Return took way longer than expected"
I returned my order and the refund took way too long to show up. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help and I felt like I was just waiting around without clear answers. Has anyone else had the same issue with returns or delayed refunds?

"Decent overall, but some details felt unnecessary"
The stuff was decent, and the descriptions were okay, but I do think they could be a bit clearer. Some parts felt kind of unnecessary and didn’t really help me understand the product better.

It’s decent overall, but it does feel a little flimsy. The quality is okay, just not something I’d expect to hold up to heavy use. For me, it was a reminder that sometimes you really do get what you pay for — fine for simple needs, but not the sturdiest option out there

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
Using this site was such a hassle. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and the checkout process kept confusing me at every step. I kept thinking I was almost done, then something else would pop up or not make sense. Definitely wish I had read the reviews first before wasting my time

"Got the wrong items"
I got my order and, wait, let me start over, the items that showed up weren’t the ones I picked. Frustrating because it was just not what I ordered.

"Decent items, but not as helpful as expected"
I ordered a few items to use for play therapy, and while they were okay overall, they didn’t end up being quite as useful as I had hoped. A couple of things felt a bit too basic and didn’t really add much to my sessions. Shipping was perfectly fine, so no complaints there, but in terms of actual therapy value, I was just not super impressed
